Hundred Covers Book a walkthrough
A busy modern Indian family restaurant at night, seen from near the kitchen pass: brass lamps, thalis and handis on the tables, guests in soft focus.
Restaurant OS for India

The whole restaurant, in step.

Hundred Covers connects your guests' tables, your captains, your kitchen and your till. An order placed from a table QR reaches the right station in a second, comes back to the pass on time, and lands on the bill with GST already worked out.

Try it · about a minute

Run one table, start to finish.

You play everyone on shift. Order as the guest, confirm as the captain, cook as the kitchen, settle as the cashier. Every screen below updates the moment the one before it does, exactly like Hundred Covers on a busy night.

One screen for each person on shift

Everyone sees their job, and nothing else.

A chef doesn't need the cash drawer. A captain doesn't need stock reports. Hundred Covers gives each role its own first screen, built around what that person does in the next five minutes.

Floor · Orders · Kitchen · Bills

The room at a glance, with the next job on top.

  • “Needs you” cards put a calling table, food waiting at the pass and a printed bill above everything else, each with the one button that clears it.
  • Square table tiles show who’s eating, for how long and how much, and turn red when the kitchen runs late.
  • New order covers dine-in, takeaway and phone orders. A returning guest’s address fills itself in.
  • Waitlist and bookings sit beside the floor, with a suggested table for the next party.
The table QR

A menu that makes people want to order.

Guests scan the code on their table and get your menu the way it deserves to look: warm, clear and easy to read, in English or हिन्दी. No app, no login, no download. They can order, ask what's good, call the waiter, or ask for the mains to come now.

An assistant with your name“Ask Saffron Room” suggests dishes from tonight's menu only, with your real prices.
Honest about allergensIt never guesses. Unknown allergens say so, and allergy notes print on the kitchen ticket.
Call the waiterWater, the bill, or “come over”. The captain's phone shows it in a second.
Sold out stays visibleGreyed with “back at 8 pm” instead of vanishing.

Table 12 · scan to orderEvery table gets its own code on a tent card. There is no public menu link: the menu opens from the table, and the order lands on that table.

Control without micromanaging

Nothing leaves the till without a reason.

Discounts, voids and cancellations ask for a passcode. Staff can approve small ones themselves; bigger ones need a manager standing next to them. Every approval is written down with who, what and why.

01Your limits, your rulesLet cashiers void up to ₹300 after the kitchen ticket prints and give up to 10% off on their own. Walk-outs and cancelling a billed order always need a second person.
02Managers stay on their branchA manager at Indiranagar runs Indiranagar. Only the owner, and anyone the owner makes a super admin, can switch branches.
03Close the day properlyDay close counts the drawer, lists open orders and shows the money trail, so tomorrow starts clean.

What Hundred Covers stays out of

Your money and your guests stay yours.

We never touch payments.

Guests pay the way they already do: cash, your card machine, UPI or the aggregator. Hundred Covers records it. No gateway in the middle and no cut of your sales.

We don't message your guests.

Hundred Covers sends no WhatsApp messages and no SMS to your guests. Guest phone numbers are masked for staff and kept only for your own records.

Your menu, your photos.

Dish photos are yours to upload. Hundred Covers never invents a picture of food you don't serve, and a dish without a photo still looks considered.
